Global Priorities for Youth - Youth Participation in Decision-making

The World Programme of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond recognised that the active engagement of young people themselves was central to its effective implementation and, accordingly, affirmed the full and effective participation of youth in the life of society and decision-making as one of its ten priority areas for action.
